It brings five mezes (cerceres, avocado hummus, başakbaşı salad, spicy ezme, sautéed spinach), the chef's salad, a main course for the table (choose one: mixed fish platter (one plate for two), 2× Adana kebab, 2× chicken shish, or Adana + chicken shish), then a semolina dessert or pistachio roll (fıstık sarma), asked at the end of service, and complimentary coffee or tea.
