If the date is fixed but the time is flexible, our team will suggest the exact slot that lines up with sunset on the day so the welcome drinks catch the golden hour.
On arrival you check in discreetly. The candle path and roses are already laid; if you ordered a personalised cake or a sparkling reception, those are timed for the moment you indicate. The pace of the meal is set by you — there is no rush between courses, no clearing of plates while you are still talking. An anniversary at Pino Gare lasts as long as the conversation does.

For surprise dinners (your partner does not know the venue): payment, coordination and all logistics happen in advance over WhatsApp; on the night, your partner sees only the candles, the view and the dessert with the message.
