In Sirkeci, pre-sunset light comes from the north-west; to frame the Hagia Sophia silhouette with the Bosphorus channel in a single shot, our north-west-facing tables give the cleanest window. With 45–60 minutes needed to relax, finish the main and grab photos, reserve 60–75 minutes before sunset.

- North-east tables — Galata Bridge and Karaköy lights. Ideal for the blue-golden hour shot after the sun drops.
- South-east tables — Topkapı Palace ridge and the old city. Quieter, less photo-pressure.
