Private dining means the restaurant or a defined section is reserved exclusively for your guests. Most common scenarios:

Pino Gare private dining tiers

1. Terrace center — semi-private

Block of 4–6 tables in the terrace center, 12–24 guests. The rest of the restaurant operates normally but your zone is reserved. Most popular for company dinners. No minimum spend; set menu or à la carte.

2. Bosphorus side — private view band

Block of 5 Bosphorus-view window tables, 16–28 guests. Anniversary, post-proposal celebration, premium client dinner. Book 7 days ahead for the view block.

3. Half-terrace allocation

A defined section (~50 m²) dedicated to your group, 30–45 guests. Ideal for launches, press dinners, intimate after-parties. Set menu (€25–€48) or à la carte; drink packages priced separately.

4. Full terrace buy-out

The entire terrace for 50–80 guests. No other reservations that evening. Major company dinners, small wedding after-parties, sponsored events. Saturday buy-outs carry a minimum-spend; clarified at booking.
