Pino Gare hosts private dining and group events for 12 to 80 guests on a 7th-floor Sirkeci terrace with a Bosphorus and Hagia Sophia view. Full-restaurant buy-outs for corporate dinners, family celebrations, anniversaries and supplier hospitality; partial terrace section bookings (up to 40 pax) for smaller private groups. Custom set menus from €25 per person, drinks packages, audio support for short speeches, decoration on request.

Two clear capacity options

Full restaurant buy-out: 80 seated guests across the indoor + open terrace combined. Terrace section only: 40 seated guests in the panoramic east-facing strip. Standing receptions can scale 10–20 % higher depending on layout.

Custom menus, transparent pricing

Set menus from €25 per person (Sharing) through €48 (Romantic). For groups we build a fixed-price proposal with starter, main, dessert and optional drinks package — usually within 24 hours of receiving the brief.

A view that does the work for you

A panoramic Bosphorus + Hagia Sophia frame replaces the need for elaborate decoration. We add candles, flowers, projector + screen for slides or branded signage on request — quoted as add-ons, never baked into the headline price.

Capacity and layout

Full restaurant buy-out hosts 80 seated guests using the indoor lounge plus the open terrace combined. A long-table configuration works well for up to 30 guests; rounds of 8 for 32–60; mixed seating plus a standing reception area for 60–80. Standing-only receptions can scale to roughly 95 guests with bar stations.

Terrace-section bookings reserve the east-facing strip — 40 seated guests, all with the panoramic view. This is the most-booked option for private dinners of 20–40 people who want exclusivity without buying out the indoor rooms. For 12–20 guests we set aside a closed corner with the same view, while the rest of the restaurant remains open.

Menus and drinks

Set menus are the simplest path. The Sharing menu (€25 / person) covers mezze, grills and dessert. The Drinks-Included menu (€35) adds beer, wine or raki across the dinner. The Wine Pairing menu (€43) layers three matched Turkish wines onto a tasting progression. The Romantic menu (€48) is the most complete — welcome cocktail, amuse-bouche, two-person portions, optional decoration.

For corporate events we usually quote a custom set built around the brief: dietary restrictions covered, alcoholic / non-alcoholic split, dessert with branded message, allergen sheet for guests. Halal-certified kitchen; vegan and gluten-free always available.

Atmosphere and add-ons

The standard atmosphere is already strong: 7th-floor open terrace, sunset view, candle-lit tables after dark, soft live-music option on request. Add-ons most often requested by event hosts: custom floral arrangement on the head table (€80–€180 depending on scale), projector + 65″ screen for short presentations (no charge for groups of 30+), photographer or videographer (we coordinate with two trusted teams), branded printed menus, and a personalised cake.

For evening events we recommend a 19:00 start in summer (sunset 18:30–19:30 catches the welcome drinks) and 17:30 in winter. Live music — a single acoustic player or a duo — works well with the terrace acoustics; full bands are not allowed by building rules.

How a private booking works

Step 1: WhatsApp or email the date, guest count and 1–2 lines about the occasion. Step 2: we send a custom proposal within 24 hours with capacity option, menu, drinks, add-ons and total price. Step 3: a 30 % deposit secures the date; final headcount confirmed 72 hours before. Step 4: a single point of contact runs the event with you on the night.

Cancellation: deposit refundable if cancelled more than 14 days before; 50 % within 14 days; non-refundable within 72 hours. Force-majeure (illness, travel restriction) handled case by case.

Is there a minimum spend for a private event?

We work on a per-person price rather than a minimum spend. For weekend evenings and full buy-outs we ask for a 30 % deposit at booking, with the balance settled within 48 hours after the event.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes — halal-certified kitchen, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and most major allergens (nuts, shellfish, dairy) covered. We ask for a final dietary list 72 hours before the event so the kitchen can plan.

Do you handle decoration, flowers and AV?

Yes — candle setup, florals, projector + screen, branded printed menus, cake and photographer arrangement are all available as add-ons. Quoted separately so you see the full picture.

What is the best time of year for an outdoor private event?

May through October is peak terrace season — sunset on the terrace is the strongest moment. In winter the glass-panelled section keeps the view open while protecting from wind; full buy-outs in December run particularly well for corporate Christmas dinners.
